On the day after Christmas we headed to the East side of the state (with The Wisti Family) to visit The Gallagher Family. Macy loved playing with her cousins - she thought she was a pretty big girl hanging out with her older cousins.

Christmas Day 2009

Macy's first Christmas was so special. She loved all of the activity and excitement of being with family and also really got the hang of opening presents. She made sure to take off each bow and ribbon before tearing into the paper - so cute!

Early Christmas Celebration

Macy got to open her first Christmas present when Grandpa Jim and Sharon came into town last weekend. After trying to open all the presents under The Wisti's tree for the past few weeks, she thought it was pretty cool to actually get to open one!!!

We got our first really big snow storm so we decided to go out and play! Macy didn't love the getting dressed part but seemed to like the snow once she was out there!!!

Macy has started pulling herself up on EVERYTHING! We first noticed it the day before Thanksgiving when we turned on the baby video monitor and she was standing in the crib!

Macy has been scooting along for awhile now, but a couple weeks ago she really started to officially crawl!! Check out the video!

Thanksgiving!

We had a busy Thanksgiving! We spent Thanksgiving day at The Wisti's and were also joined by The Gallagher's. Aunt Jen made a fantastic dinner and Macy got to play with her cousins (Brianna, Zachary, Ty and Kiley). And then the day after Thanksgiving we went to Greg's parent's house and had another fantastic dinner (cooked by Grandma)!! YUM!

Zachary made Macy her own placemat, she thought it tasted good!!

Macy got to try turkey/sweet potato baby food (I vowed I would never give her meat in a jar but she loved it. . . I think the sweet potatoes covered up the turkey!)

Macy also tried Aunt Jen's mashed potatoes. . . she was not a fan and spit them back out . . . sorry Aunt Jen!
