Cousin Dilan Comes To Visit!!!!!!!

Macy's cousin Dilan flew all the way from Montana for a visit this weekend with his mommy (Aunt Jenny)! Last year when Dilan came for a visit, Macy was just a baby so she couldn't play, this time they actually played together. Dilan wasn't sure what to think of her at first, she kept trying to grab him. Good thing he was such a good sport!!!! Dilan also brought Macy some super cool birthday presents too - thanks Dilan!!!

Macy's Cousins Picked This Outfit. . .

Brianna and Zachary spent the night over the weekend and helped me out by getting Macy dressed. . . check out the outfit they came up with!!!! Ha Ha. . . too cute!!!! I think I wore something like that in the 80s - much cuter on Macy!!!

Macy meets Hayden!

Macy is going to have a new friend join her at "daycare". . . aka Aunt Jen's house!! Little baby Hayden (my best friend's daughter) will be joining Macy in the middle of April. She did a test run last week. Aunt Jen said Macy did pretty good, my guess is that Macy is going to have a little dose of reality that she isn't the only baby in the world (a good lesson!!!!!). Macy's First "Owie"

Macy is an accident waiting to happen now that she is so mobile. . . and yesterday she took her first little spill. She is a pretty tough cookie!! I HAD to post these pictures because she is too darn cute with her little boo-boo on her nose!!!

Enjoying the Sunshine. . . but not feeling the best.

Greg and I both took a day off from work this week and we took a day trip to Holland. The main purpose of the trip was to take Macy to the same photographer that did her newborn photos. They were fantastic, but Macy just wasn't in the mood to smile. Between teething and a bit of a cold she cried the entire time!! But we did get to enjoy the sunshine and take a walk around town. If any of the photos from the shoot turn out, I will post them!!!

Walking and Teething Update

Macy has officially started walking on Friday (March 12th). She walked from Greg to me on her own (about 4 steps). She is getting brave and doing it more and more each day! I will post a video soon - it is so much fun to watch that we keep forgetting to get it on tape!

One of Macy's top teeth popped through the first week in March and now the other top front tooth is trying to do the same. She has been pretty miserable and very much out of sorts. Let's hope it hurries up and pops through!!!

Macy and I have been hanging out together a lot of Sunday's while Greg is doing Open Houses. . . the photo below is from one of those Sundays (we were both wearing vests that day)!!!

Playing with Friends

With both of our husbands "out with the guys" last weekend, Gina and I finally got our kids together. Macy LOVED having friends to play with!!!

Macy is officially standing on her own now! She gets so proud of herself when she does it. She still doesn't get up by herself in the middle of the floor but will pull herself up on something and then let go. Gosh she is getting big!!
