Today we traveled up to Fennville for a BBQ at the Coffindaffer's. Macy enjoyed watching her cousins Tyler and Ethan play outside. Thank you to Aunt Tara and Uncle Kyle for having us over!!!

Rolling over AT 5 WEEKS!!!

Macy rolled from her tummy to her back yesterday on her 5 week birthday!

No joke!! Even Greg didn't believe me so I video taped it the second time. She has done it a ton today too. I think this is really early for a baby to do (I looked online and it said they usually do that between 2-6 months old) but she has always had really strong leg and neck muscles. From 2 days old she has been able to lift her head off my shoulder and hold it up for 5 seconds or so. Now she can hold it up for a really long time. And she is such an active baby always kicking her legs (even when I was pregnant) so they are getting strong too. Check out the video!!!!!

Cranky!

Macy is such a good baby but I had to add this photo to show Macy's rare cranky side! She usually only cries when she needs something (food, diaper change, or just cuddles), but when she does get mad you know it!!!

5 Week Update

Macy is now 5 weeks old - how time has flown by! She is getting so much fun. She is sleeping much less and loves to play! One of her favorite things is her activity mat. She loves the light up butterfly and all the other colorful animals. She has started to gain some weight and fill out a little more (she is finally getting chubby cheeks!).

I wanted Macy to wear this bow for her professional pictures that we had taken on Monday but she did not cooperate so I had to take a couple photos at home. I don't think Macy likes accessories as much as Mommy does!!

Macy's umbilical cord finally fell off so we were able to give her a real bath. She LOVED the warm water!!
