Macy's First Haircut!!!

Macy finally had her first haircut!!!! Prior to this Greg has resisted wanted to have her hair cut because he loves her long hair. . . however even he agreed it needed a little trim!!! Crystal (or as Macy calls her "Veda's Momma") is a hairdresser and brought her scissors to the campground and gave Macy her first haircut. I expected Macy to hate it because she was a little hesitant when we talked about it ("Mommy" will it hurt?), but she did great and it looks SO CUTE!! Not to mention so much easier to comb!!! Thanks Crystal!!!!

Camping at Ft. Custer

This weekend we went camping at Ft. Custer. It was their Halloween weekend with treat-or-treating for the kids. We went with Kyle/Tara, Jason/Crystal, Travis/Dawn, Keith and ALL of the kiddos. Even though it was FREEZING, we had so much fun. We cooked in crockpots and drank spiked coffee/cider all day long.

We kept the crockpots cooking all day! Mac & Cheese, Meatballs, Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches, Shredded Pork, Duck Soup and lots of dips!!

I had to travel for work two weeks in a row (home the weekend in between) so daddy was in charge. He did a great job and even texted me pictures of the girls too (see below)!!!

Camy Loves Oatmeal!

Camy got a taste of "real" food for the first time on Friday night. We skipped over the rice cereal step and went right to oatmeal. Camy loves it and got the hang of eating with a spoon real quick. Hoping this will help fill her belly at night to sleep longer at night!!!

Stryker Picnic 2011

We went to the Stryker picnic this weekend and had a blast. I planned this same picnic for years while I was in HR but never realized how cool it was until I had kids. . . Macy had a blast. There was so much to do. A lot of it was geared towards older kids but the stuff Macy was able to do she loved!!! And Camy just sat back in the stroller and enjoyed the beautiful weather!
